Thelma Jean Barnett Alston: Loris

    Thelma Jean Barnett Alston of Loris passed away Thursday, June 13 at her home following an illness. She was 72. 
    Mrs. Alston was born on May 19, 1941 in Jonesville, Va., to Floyd Barnett and Maxie Tate Barnett.
    Survivors include two sons, Frankie and Donnie Podereys of Maryland and daughter, Tammy Burnett of Conway.
    Mrs. Alston was predeceased by her parents and her husband.
    Memorial services will be held at a later date in Maryland.
