Mary Soles Duncan: Tabor City

    Mary Soles Duncan of Tabor City died Saturday, June 22, in McLeod Loris hospital. She was 87.
    Born in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Morgan and Rhoda Fairfax Soles. She was the widow of the late LC Duncan.
    She is survived by her two daughters, Ernestine Watts of Loris and Tammie Ling of Pace, Fla.; a brother, Leamon Soles of Longs; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by two daughters, Deborah Duncan and Mary Katherine Tedder.
    Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, in the Inman Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Tabor City.
    Visitation was planned for an the hour prior to the funeral, in the chapel.
