Leo Gerald Hyatt: Longs

1976 – 2017

    Leo Gerald Hyatt of Longs, age 40, passed away on Saturday, March 11, at McLeod Seacoast hospital. He was 40.
    Born June 28, 1976 in Conway, he was the son of Mrs. Wannie Prince Hyatt Wilson and the late Gerald Turner Hyatt. Mr. Hyatt attended Believers Bible Chapel and was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He was also passionate about Clemson football and recently the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers baseball team.
    Survivors, including his mother, are his daughter, Andrea Grace Hyatt of North Myrtle Beach; his two sisters, Sherryl Hyatt Cox, and husband, Keith of Latta, and Lora Hyatt Tyler and husband, Kendall of Loris; and his step-father, Clyde Wilson.
    Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel in Loris with Pastor Roger Hoffman, Pastor Ken Gladen and Pastor Danny Lee officiating. Committal services were private.
