Judy Williamson Roberts: Wilmington

1940 – 2017

     Judy Williamson Roberts passed peacefully at home in Wilmington on Tuesday, March 21. She was 76.
     She was born Aug. 8, 1940 in Columbus County to the late Rev. Boyd and Flaudia Williamson.
     She is survived by her husband, Senior Master Sgt. Lee Roy Roberts, Jr.; two daughters, Kris Stevens and Kim Valade; stepson Michael Roberts; and two granddaughters; an aunt; a niece, and two nephews.
     In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Pete and Jimmy Williamson.
     Mrs. Roberts retired from Vision and Time Warner Cable after 28 years.
     A graveside service was planned for 11 .m. Friday, March 24, at 11 in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City. A celebration of life to be held in Wilmington will be announced at a later date.
