Douglas “Marvin” Arnette: Kannapolis

1942 – 2017

     Douglas “Marvin” Arnette of Kannapolis passed away Wednesday morning, April 5 at his home surrounded by his family. He was 74.
     Born Nov. 1, 1942 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Joseph Robert Arnette and Hazel Mae Stevens Arnette.
     He is survived by his three children, Doug Arnette, Karen Arnette and Shane Arnette; and six grandchildren.
     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 9 at Whitley’s Funeral Home, Kannapolis conducted by Mary Arnette. Burial followed in Carolina Memorial Park Cemetery, Kannapolis.
