Willa Ree Fowler Rabon: Loris

1948 – 2025

     Willa Ree Fowler Rabon of Loris passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at her daughter’s home in Green Sea. She was 77.

     Born Sept. 16, 1948, in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Warren William Fowler and the late Rosie Ella Causey Fowler.

     Survivors include her loving husband, W. E. Spivey, Jr.; a daughter, Sheila R. Turner; one brother, Eldred Fowler; a sister, Bonnell Norris; and other extended family and friends.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rabon was predeceased by her brothers, Billy Gene Fowler and Edward Fowler; sisters Donna Lynn Fowler Owens and Rose Marie Buffkin; and a nephew.

     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mike Key officiating. Committal services followed at Twin City Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

     Family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
