Sylvia Mishoe: Loris

1948 – 2022

     Sylvia Mishoe of Loris passed away on Tuesday, April 5, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She was 73.

     Born Nov. 15, 1948 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Vonzie Parker Gore and Donnie Todd Gore.

     Along with her parents, Mrs. Mishoe was predeceased by three brothers, Charles Gore, Lynwood Gore, and Jimmy Gore; and one sister, Bernice Todd.

     Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Randy O. Mishoe of Loris; two daughters, Stacey Nixon and Rose Gore of Loris; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

     Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church with Rev. John Holmes and Rev. Joey Price officiating, burial following at Cherry Hill Cemetery.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service at the church.
