Ronnie Spivey: Clarkton

1946 – 2022

     Ronnie “Fuzzy” Spivey of Clarkton passed away Wednesday, May 25, at home. He was 75.

     Born Aug. 16, 1946 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late David Lloyd Spivey and Jewel Simmons Spivey.

     He is survived by two sons, Keith Spivey of Clarkton and Josh Spivey of Supply; three daughters, Billie Faye Inman of Old Dock, Jennie Lewis of Southport, and Alexis Spivey of Maryland; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

     A graveside service was planned for 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, at Spivey Cemetery in Ash with the Rev. Duane Currie officiating.
