Wayne Martin: Cottageville

1951 – 2022

     Wayne Martin of Cottageville passed away Friday, July 22, in Walterboro. He was 70.

     He was born Nov. 3, 1951, in Loris, a son of the late Ralph Junior Martin and Eloise (Norris) Martin.

     Survivors include his wife, Becky Potts Martin of the home; two sons, Matthew Martin of Summerville and Andy Martin of Cottageville; a daughter, Missy Wild of Tennessee; one brother, Danny Martin of Loris; one sister, Patricia Flynn of San Leon, Texas; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

     A graveside funeral services was planned for 2 p.m. Friday, July 29, at Sandy Plain Baptist Church Cemetery, 6824 Swamp Fox Hwy East, Tabor City.
