Leroy Tyler: Loris

1931 – 2022

     Leroy Tyler of Loris passed away Friday, Sept. 30, at his home. He was 91.

     Mr. Tyler was born in Loris a son of the late Nathan Tyler and the late Mary Livingston Tyler.

     He was the loving father of Michael Tyler of Dillon, Teresa “Gail” Graham of Loris, and stepson Glen Dale Skipper of Charleston; Brother of L.D. Tyler of Conway; grandfather of four; and great-grandfather of nine.

     Mr. Tyler was predeceased by his parents, his wife of 67 years, Lillie Mae Tyler, two sons, Randy and Ricky Dale Tyler; four brothers and four sisters.

A visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Dogwood Hill Baptist Church, burial following at Princeville Cemetery, Loris.
