Johnny Franklin Grice: Tabor City

1945 – 2023

     Johnny Franklin Grice of Tabor City died Monday, Jan. 23, in McLeod Seacoast in Little River. He was 77.

     He was born in Whiteville, a son of the late John William and Beulah Caroline (Watts) Grice.

     He was a boilermaker by trade, a U.S. Navy veteran, and an active member of Dulah Baptist Church.

     He is survived by numerous family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Mitchell Grice.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, in Dulah Baptist Church.
