Clyde Kendall Cartrette: Tabor City

1963 – 2023

     Clyde Kendall Cartrette of Tabor City passed away Friday, Feb. 3, in his home. He was 59.

     He was born in Loris, a son of the late John Calvin “Pete” Cartrette and Joyce (Graham) Cartrette.

     Kendall is survived by his wife, Gina (Grainger) Cartrette; two daughters, Ashleigh Cox (Jonathan) and Paige Strickland (Bradley); two sisters, Donna Ward (Ronald) and Debbie Rogers (Sam); four grandchildren, Jack and Collins Cox and Saylor and Blakely Strickland.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Johnny Cartrette.

     A graveside service was planned for 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, in the Sandy Plain Church Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Smith officiating.
