William Kenneth Hodge: Green Sea

1949 – 2023

     William Kenneth “Kenny” Hodge of Green Sea died Sunday, Feb. 19, in Columbia. He was 73.

     He was born in Mullins, a son of the late Johnny B. Hodge and Ethel Lee (Harper) Hodge.

     He is survived by his wife, Janet M. Hodge, two sons Martin Hodge of Irmo and Kerry Hodge of Green Sea; and four grandchildren.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kerrie Eugene “Gene” Hodge and Johnny Douglas “Doug” Hodge.

     A graveside funeral service was planned for 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in Green Sea Cemetery with Dr. Charles Brust officiating.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service in the cemetery.

     To honor Kenny’s wishes, the family asks that casual clothes be worn for the service.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Green Sea Cemetery Fund, PO Box 62, Green Sea, SC 29545.
