Paul Hewett: North Myrtle Beach

1941 – 2023

     Paul Hewett died Saturday, March 4, , at his home in North Myrtle Beach. He was 81.

     Born in Green Sea, he was a son of the late McDuffie and Sally (Fowler) Hewett.

     He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ann Hewett, of the home; two sons, Greg Hewett of Nakina and Marcus Hewett of Lodi, California; a daughter, Sheila Martin of North Myrtle Beach; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Mack, Tommy, and Lonnie Hewett.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel, with Rev. Ricky Martin officiating, burial following in Dulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
