Diantha Lynn Strickland Hill: Chadbourn

1956 – 2023

     Diantha Lynn Strickland Hill of Chadbourn went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 6, in McLeod Loris Hospital. She was 67.

     Diantha was born April 24, 1956. She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Lee Strickland.

     Survivors include her children, Robert Gregory Hill (Crystal) of Green Sea and Angelia Hill of Chadbourn; siblings Earl Stewart (Diane) of Chadbourn, Robert “Sugardoll” Strickland of Chadbourn, Brenda Watts of Tabor City, Holly Nobles of Chadbourn, Larry Strickland of Chadbourn; and grandchildren Summer Blair (Noah), Landon Hill (Kim), Preston Hill, and Ginger Lynn Hill.

     Family planned to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 9, at Worthington Funeral Home, Chadbourn.

     Graveside services were planned for 11 a.m. Monday, July 10, at Cherokee Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Rick Burnette officiating.
