Martin Marcell Bullard: Cerro Gordo

1961 – 2023

     Martin Marcell Bullard of Cerro Gordo died Wednesday, Sept. 27, in his home. He was 62.

     Born in Marion County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Emerson Honree Bullard and Dorcus Ann “Dot” Hammond Bullard.

     He is survived by one sister, Lisa B. Buffkin of Green Sea; and two nieces.

     A graveside memorial service was planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, in the Hammond Cemetery, Nichols.
