1960 – 2023

     Arthur Timothy Gore of Chadbourn died Monday, Oct. 16, in his home. He was 63.

     Born in Orlando, Florida, he was the son of Miriam Huggins Gore of Chadbourn and the late Jesse Alton “Rusty” Gore.

     In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Jessica Gore Maultsby of Whiteville; a son, Michael Timothy Gore of Chadbourn; one brother, Joe Gore of Chadbourn; one sister, Sharon Gore Harris of Loris; and two grandchildren.

     Memorial services were planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, in Beaverdam Original Freewill Baptist Church.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding services in the church.

     In lieu of flowers family ask memorials be made to the youth group at Beaverdam Original Freewill Baptist Church, 2665 Beaverdam Road, Chadbourn, NC 28431; and Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, PO Box 162, Cerro Gordo, NC 28430
