Judy Lynne Simmons: Chadbourn

1962 – 2023

     Judy Lynne Simmons of the Beaverdam Community, Chadbourn, died Thursday, Dec. 14, in her home. She was 61.

     Born April 25, 1962, in Milton County, Florida, she was the daughter of late Walter Ralph Ard and Lucy Delois Ryals Ard.

     She was the widow of Gregory Simmons.

     She is survived by one daughter, Cassandra “Cassie” Renee Simmons of Bolivia; a brother, Mike Ard of Chumuckla, Florida; one sister, Katie Morris of Chumuckla, Florida; two grandchildren; and a niece.

     In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Ard; and a niece.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, in Beaverdam Free Will Baptist Church, burial following in McPherson Cemetery, Chadbourn.

     Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service in the church.
