Ruth Ann Hayes: Conway

1945 – 2024

     Ruth Ann Hayes of Conway died Thursday, Feb. 29, in her home. She was 79.

     Born in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Dozier Harrelson and Elizabeth Sykes Harrelson.

     She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Gail Hayes of Conway; a sister, Jean Strickland of Tabor City; one brother, Harry Harrelson of Loris; and several nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Linda Cox, Pearl Carland, Frances Simmons; and one grand-kitty, Isabella Hayes.

     In lieu of flowers family ask that donation to be made to the animal shelter of your choice.

     Services will be held at a later date.
