Leonard Francis Moore: Loris

1935 – 2024

     Leonard Francis Moore of Loris passed away Tuesday, March 12. He was 88.

     Mr. Moore was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Eugene and Lena Winter Moore.

     He was the former owner/operator of Sew It Seams in Clarkton, Tabor City, and Loris.

     In addition to his parents, Mr. Moore was predeceased by his wife, Sylvia Lee Moore; two sons, Lenny Moore, Sr. and Jeff Moore; and a granddaughter.

     Survivors include one daughter, Shelley Anderson of Conway; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a sister, Jerri Hamn of Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

     Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel with Deacon Richard Slenke and Rev. Leonard Keith Moore officiating, burial following at Twin City Memorial Gardens.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding services at the funeral home.
