Dalton Drake Burnett: Elizabethtown

1999 – 2024

     Dalton Drake Burnett of Elizabethtown died Monday, May 6, in an automobile accident. He was 24.

     Born Oct. 30, 1999 in Cumberland County, he was the son of Raymond Darrell Burnett (Debra); and Leslie Sells.

     In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Kailina Burnett and Kendall Burnett both of Lumberton; two sisters, Brianna Burnett of Elizabethtown and Mary Summer Burnett of Lumberton; two step brothers, Cade Hinson and Ethan Burr both of Chadbourn; his girlfriend, Victoria Jackson; and other extended family.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9, in Inman Ward Funeral Home, Tabor City.

     Graveside services were planned for 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, in Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City.
