Toby Edward Olsen: Green Sea

1957 – 2024

     Toby Edward Olsen of Green Sea passed away on June 9 at McLeod Seacoast hospital. He was 67.

     Born Feb. 11, 1957, in Bradenton, Florida, he was the son of the late Charles Edward Olsen and the late Betty Lou McDonald Olsen.

     Mr. Olsen was the owner of Git-R-Done RV Repair. In his spare time he loved spending time outdoors, working in his yard, camping, and fishing. He had a love for country music and his three dogs; Cody, Stryker, and Shadow.

     Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 36 years, Ethel Olsen; a brother, John Olsen; a sister, Elizabeth Turner; step-sisters Louise Grawunder and Jean Grawunder; and step-brother Billy Grawunder. Mr. Olsen was an adored uncle to his many nieces and nephews, especially his surrogate son, Patrick Lockwood, and his goddaughter Samantha Grosberger. He was a beloved brother-in-law to many, including his favorite sister-in-law, Sharon Grosberger, and her husband Frank.

     In addition to his parents, Mr. Olsen was predeceased by his brother, Richard Yeoman.
