Patricia Graham Stevens Jernigan: Loris

1941 – 2024

     Patricia Graham Stevens Jernigan of Loris passed away on Monday, July 8, at Loris Rehab and Nursing Center. She was 82.

     Born Dec. 3, 1941, in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Lee Graham and the late Myrtle Marie Harrelson Graham.

     Mrs. Patricia was known to have a passion and love of flowers, so much so, that she worked as a floral designer for most of her life. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church. She will be most remembered as a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all who were blessed to have known her.

     Survivors include her devoted husband of 17 years, Danny Joe Jernigan; her two children, Deborah Bailey (Jimmy) and Randall Gene Stevens (Brenda); three grandchildren, Cody Stevens, Summer Bailey Calder (Michael), and Savannah Bailey Vaught (Dustin); three great-grandchildren, Holden Calder, Bailey Ford (Aaron), and Jed Vaught; a brother, Woodrow Lee Graham, Jr.; and one sister, Betty Carter (Wendell).

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Patricia was predeceased by her first husband, Gene Othell Stevens; and one sister, Colleen Singleton.

     A memorial services was planned for 11 a.m. Friday, July 12, at Springfield Baptist Church with Reverend Donnie Rabon officiating.

     Family planned to receive friends immediately following the service outside the church.
