Derrick Adam Sarvis: Loris

1984 – 2024

     Derrick Adam Sarvis of Loris passed away on Friday, Aug. 2, surrounded by his family. He was 40.

     Born May 17, 1984, in Conway, he was the son of Dianna Sarvis and the late Richard J. Faircloth.

     Along with his father, Derrick was predeceased by a daughter, Nicole Paige Sarvis; and his maternal grandparents.

     Surviving are his daughter, Lizzie Faith Sarvis; his mother, Dianna Sarvis; a brother, Russell J. Sarvis; half siblings Karen Merck, Nikki Huggins, Kimmie Williams, Ricky Jr., Shanea Chester, and Zach Faircloth; and other extended family.

     A private burial will take place at a later date.
