Dennis Franklin Moore: Whiteville

1946 – 2024

     Dennis Franklin Moore of Whiteville died Saturday, Aug. 17, in McLeod Loris hospital. He was 77.

     Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late John Moore and Mary Harris Moore.

     He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served in the Vietnam War.

     He is survived by his wife, Annette S. Wright Moore of the home; one stepdaughter, Pam Wright Spivey of Clarendon; a stepson, Greg Wright of Leland; one sister, Julia Moore of Boston, Massachusetts; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren; and other extended family.

     In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers.

     Private services will be held at a later date.
