Katie Jane Graham Fowler: Loris

1948 – 2024

     Katie Jane Graham Fowler of Loris died Friday, Sept. 20, in her home. She was 75.

     Born Oct. 21, 1948, in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late D. Joe Graham and Lula Bell Graham.

     She is survived by her husband, Ricky Wayne Fowler of the home; two daughters, Teresa Gore and Karen Stevens and husband David, all of Loris; two sisters, Shelby Jean James of Loris and Quwen Victoria Lubelsky of Mt. Pleasant’ a grandson, Travis Ty Brown and wife Kelsey of Loris; two great grandchildren, Asher Brown and Luna Brown; one son in-law, Randy Brown of Loris; three special sister-in-law’s Judy Nance and husband Curtis of Clarendon, Jeanette Williamson and husband Jimmy of Evergreen, Lynn Foster and husband Steve of Charlotte.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharen Brown; a granddaughter, Erica Gore; one sister, Virgina Jordan; and one brother, Tommy Long.

     Graveside services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City.

     Family planned to receive friends following services at the cemetery.
