Barbara Garrell Babson: Elizabethtown

1940 – 2024

     Barbara Garrell Babson of Elizabethtown died Monday, Oct. 7, in Bladen East Health and Rehabilitation, Elizabethtown. She was 84.

     Born May 19, 1940 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late George Washington Garrell and Floris Bowen Garrell.

     She is survived by one daughter, Karen Williamson of Bladenboro; a son, Patrick Crowder of Tennessee; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Babson, and three brothers.

     No services will be held.
