Betsy Louise St. Clair Rolf: Loris

1938 – 2025

     Betsy Louise St. Clair Rolf of Loris passed away on Sunday, March 9, at her residence. She was 86.

     Born on October 26, 1938, in Salem, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles Robert St. Clair and the late Gaynor Francis Baker St. Clair.

     Survivors include her loving sons, Carl Friedrich Rolf, Jr., Eric Rolf, and Patrick Rolf; a daughter, Betty Rolf; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rolf was predeceased by her husband, Carl Friedrich Rolf, Sr.; a brother, Robert St. Clair; and three sisters Ella Mae Thurman, Earlene Wills, Thelma Pugh.

     Memorial services were planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating, committal services to follow at Milan Union Cemetery at a later date.
