John Marty Cartrette: Clarendon

1977 – 2025

     John Marty Cartrette of Clarendon died Sunday, March 30, in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach. He was 47.

     He was born Dec. 24, 1977 in Horry County, and was the son of the late John Mack Cartrette and Linda Diane Williams Cartrette.

     He is survived by his wife, Brandi Lofton Cartrette of the home; three children, John Michael Cartrette, Jonathan Aaron Cartrette, and Rhiannon Lee Cartrette, all of Clarendon; and one sister, Amy Lynn Cartrette of Clarendon.

     A memorial service was planned for 6 p.m. Thursday, April 3, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service in the chapel.
