Glenda Faye Vereen: Loris

1963 – 2025

     Glenda Faye Vereen of Loris died Saturday April 26, in Mcleod Seacoast hospital, Little River. She was 62.

     Born in Horry County, she was the daughter of Flavors Joseph Vereen and Genevieve Lee Cox.

     In addition to her mother, she is survived by three daughters, Crystal Singletary (Mark), Karen Strickland, and Jennifer Ward (Travis) all of Tabor City; one brother, Ronnie Vereen of Thomasville; two sisters, Brenda Houselog (Brian) of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Tina Vereen of Thomasville; and ten grandchildren, Drake, Kaylei, Corey, Tristan, Rylan, Addy, Laney, Nolen, Tripp, Ellorie.

     She was preceded in death by her father and three brothers, Joseph Vereen, Jason Vereen, and Glenn Vereen.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City.
