Miriam (Myrtle) Watts: Loris

1959 – 2025

     Miriam (Myrtle) Watts of Loris passed away on Aug. 7, surrounded by her loving family. She was 66.

     Miss Watts was the daughter of the late William Ardell Watts and the late Estaleen W. Watts.

     She is survived by many extended family members and friends.

     In addition to her parents, Myrtle was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Faye Watts; a brother, William Lenair Watts; and other extended family.

     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. Committal services followed at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

     Family requests that memorials be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 6907 Hwy 905, Conway, SC 29526.
