Charlie Wilson Graham: Loris

1950 – 2025

     Charlie “Charles” Wilson Graham of Loris passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at his home. He was 75.

     Born Feb. 12, 1950, in Loris, he was the son of the late Horry Wilson Graham and the late Gladys Lee Watts Graham.

     Mr. Graham drove the activity bus for Loris football, rarely missing a game, and was an avid Clemson football fan. He loved hunting, fishing, racing, and worked as a mechanic for the City of Loris. He also dedicated many years as a volunteer firefighter, proudly serving his community. Mr. Graham was a longtime member of Live Oak Baptist Church.

     Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra Jenkins Graham; sons Julius Graham (Brandy), and Derrick Graham (Margaret); six grandchildren, Heidi Graham, Maci Graham, Cora Graham, Makenzie Graham, Camden Graham, and Jackson Graham; great-grandchild Kenneth Anthony Collins; and a sister, Susie Graham Fowler.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Graham was predeceased by his son, Charlie “Chuck” Wilson Graham, II.

     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Live Oak Baptist Church with Pastor Darren Hardwick, Rev. Robert Brown, and Rev. Tim Cox officiating. Committal service followed at Princeville Cemetery.
