Scarlett Lorri Ayers: Darlington

     Scarlett Lorri Ayers of Darlington, passed away on Oct. 12 at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.

     Born on Sept. 18 in Florence, she was the infant daughter of Aaron Franklin Ayers and Katherine Nicole Gleason. Even though her time on Earth was short, she brought endless joy and light to those around her, always a happy little girl whose smile touched every heart.

     Survivors include her parents, Aaron Ayers and Katherine Gleason; her brother, Thomas Ayers; a sister, Vallery Ayers; maternal grandmother Tina Gleason; paternal grandparents Diana and Frank Ayers; and other extended family.

     Scarlett was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Larry Gleason.

     A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
