Vivian Lee Kozele Howard: Longs

1946 – 2026

     Vivian Lee Kozele Howard of Longs passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 20, at her home. She was 79.

     Born April 3, 1946, in Indiana, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late William Joseph Kozele and the late Helen Kozele.

     Survivors include her loving husband, William Howard; a daughter, Aime Fulmer; stepsons James Howard and Jason Howard; and six grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Howard was predeceased by her sons, Joseph Fulmer and Mathew Fulmer.

     Memorial services will be private.
