Janet Medlin Hodge: Green Sea

1951 – 2026

     Janet Medlin Hodge of Green Sea died Friday, April 24, in Mcleod Loris hospital. She was 74.

     Born in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth G. Medlin and Bettye Jo Graham Medlin.

     She is survived by two sons, Martin “Marty” Hodge (Kimberly) of Irmo and Kerry Hodge (Robin) of Green Sea; one sister, Kendra Medlin Morgan (Timothy) of Elgin; four grandchildren, Morgan K. Hodge, Jordan K. Hodge, Emmalee Hodge, William Hodge; special nephews Dr. L. Garrison Morgan of Elgin and Thad W. Morgan of Little River.

     Graveside services were planned for 3 p.m. Monday, April 27, in Green Sea Memorial Gardens, Green Sea. Family requests casual dress for those attending the service.

     Family planned to visit with guests following the service in the cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Green Sea Memorial Gardens, P.O Box 125 or 1241 Green Sea Rd. Green Sea, SC.
