Victor Joe Gore: Loris

1954 – 2024

     Victor Joe Gore of Loris passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 16. He was 70.

     Born Jan. 15, 1954, in Newport News, Virginia, he was the son of the late Stanley Alton Gore and the late Dorothy Carter Gore.

    Mr. Gore served his country with courage and honor in the United States Army.

     Survivors include his two children, Dalton Gore and Molly Kendrick (Lucas), and their mother, Sharon F. Gore; one grandchild; and a sister, Kay Roberts.

     In addition to his parents, Mr. Gore was predeceased by two siblings, Stanley Gore and Wanda Gore Campbell.

     Funeral services were planned for 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating.

     Private committal services were planned.
