Bonnie Faye Hedwin: Tabor City

1948 – 2024

     Bonnie Faye Hedwin of Tabor City died Monday, July 15, in McLeod Loris hospital. She was 75.

     Born Oct. 19, 1948 in Loris, she was the daughter of the late William Hedwin and Letha Todd Hedwin.

     She is survived by one daughter, Connie Faye Hedwin of Cerro Gordo; four sons, David Allen Hedwin (Babby) and Johnny Paul Hedwin (Doris) of Green Sea, Donnie Ray Hedwin (Victoria) of Leland, and Jamie Payne Hedwin (Amanda Rose McPherson) of Tabor City; one brother, Gary Wayne Hedwin of Thomasville; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Timmy Wayne Hedwin; twin brother, Billy Ray Hedwin; and one sister, Dorothy Buffkin.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Myrtle Green Cemetery.

     Visitation was planned during the hour preceding services in the chapel.
