John Michael Bickford: Loris

1948 – 2024

     John Michael Bickford of Loris passed away on Saturday, Nov. 9, at his home following a sudden illness. He was 76.

     Born April 25, 1948, in Rumford, Maine, he was the son of the late Clifton Bickford and the late Anne Botkas Bickford.

     Mr. Bickford worked with Boise Cascade, Inc. until his retirement.

     Survivors include his son Aaron Michael Bickford (Erin); two grandchildren, John Michael Bickford and Ashley Elizabeth Breen; sisters Judith Landry (Dennis) and Betty Crawford (Christopher); and brother-in-law Bob Hanson.

     In addition to his parents, Mr. Bickford was predeceased by one sister, Donna Hanson.

     Private memorial services were planned.
