Maggie Pearl Faulk Singletary: Tabor City

Maggie Pearl Faulk Singletary of Tabor City died Tuesday, March 4, in Brunswick Health & Rehabilitation, Ash. She was 93.
Born June 16, 1931 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Cleve and Pearlie Reaves Faulk.
She was a member of Dulah Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Ann Edge (Billy) of Nakina; a daughter-in-law, Gayle Singletary of Tabor City; five grandchildren, Kimberly Gore (Shannon) of Nakina, Amanda McPaul (Mike) of Little River, Brittany Norris of Tabor City, Ginger Bass (Michael) of Nakina, Chris Edge of Nakina; seven great grandchildren, Megan Reaves (Rev. Colton) of Whiteville, Lily Bass of Nakina, Cole Edge of Nakina, Jesse Edge of Nakina, Terran Edge of Nakina, Layla Connor of Little River, Owen Norris of Tabor City; and one great great-grandchild, Faye Catherine Reaves of Whiteville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.E. Singletary, Jr.; one son, Roger Singletary; four brothers, Otis Faulk, Wilson Faulk, Harvey Faulk, and JV Faulk; and three sisters, Eva Soles, Juanita Stocks, and Mollie Bell Parrish.
Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, March 7, in Dulah Baptist Church, burial following in the church cemetery.
Visitation was planned for the hour preceding services in the church.
