Margaret Pearl McLamb: Wilmington

1944 – 2025

     Margaret Pearl McLamb of Wilmington, formerly of Nakina, died Tuesday, June 3, at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington. She was 80.

     Born Oct. 10, 1944, in New Hanover County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Munroe Lowery and Sarah Blanche Hewett Lowery Faulk and the widow of John Robert McLamb.

     She is survived by one daughter, Vanessa Dee Smith of Lampasas, Texas; two sons, Nicky McLamb of Lake Waccamaw and Ricky McLamb of Wilmington; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

     Visitation was planned from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 8, in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

     Graveside services were planned for 3 p.m. Sunday, June 8, in Watts Cemetery, Nakina.
