Barry William Suggs: Loris

1977 – 2025

     Barry William Suggs of Loris passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at his home. He was 48.

     Born Feb. 25, 1977, in Conway, he was a son of William Tilton Suggs and Wanda Harrelson Suggs.

     Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his loving son, Carter Suggs, and Carter’s mother, Tracy Strickland Suggs; a brother, Kevin Bradley Suggs; and other extended family.

     Family planned to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, at Hardwick Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, at Loris First Baptist Church with Rev. Benji Hutson officiating, committal services following at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

     Family requests that memorials be made to Live Oak Baptist Church, 1080 Live Oak Church Road, Loris, SC 29569.
