Jeffery Rudolph Fowler: Clarendon

1968 – 2025

     Jeffery Rudolph Fowler of Clarendon passed away in his home Monday, Dec. 8. He was 57.

     Born in Horry County, he was the son of late Rudolph Hester Fowler and Rachel Opal Smith Fowler.

     He is survived by his wife, Wendy Cox Fowler of the home; two sons, Jeffery Scott Fowler and Cody Dupree Fowler of Clarendon; a brother, Jody Dean Fowler of Nakina; six sisters, Sandra Simmons of Clarendon, Marilyn Causey of Loris, Babby Hedwin of Green Sea, Pam Fisher of North Augusta, Pennie Reaves of Nakina, Kim Fowler Ward of Clarendon; and six grandchildren.

     In addition to his parent’s, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Coleman.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in Mission Valley Original Freewill Baptist Church, burial following in Bethel Memorial Cemetery, Clarendon.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding services in the church.

     Family asked that men who hunted with Jeff wear camouflage to the service.
