Elizabeth Ann Kiraly Drozdiak: Longs

1929 – 2023

     Elizabeth Ann Kiraly Drozdiak of Longs passed away on Sunday, Nov. 12, at her home. She was 94.

     Born June 12, 1929 in Passaic, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Miklos Kiraly.

     “Betty” was a successful business woman who retired at an early age, as a supervisor of 35 years, from New Jersey Bell Telephone Company. She was President of the Clifton Richfield AARP from 1986 until 2001 and a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling around the world, experiencing the many cultures, and embracing adventure. “Betty” was an avid bowler and world class skier. Her true passion was her undying love for her family.

     Survivors include her daughter, Doreen Longo; two grandsons, Jason and Shane Longo; four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Alicia, and Nicholas Longo; and one little dog, Emie.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Drozdiak was predeceased by her husband, Paul Drozdiak; and son-in-law Joe Longo.

     Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
