Etheleen Prince Cox: Loris

1934 – 2025

     Etheleen Prince Cox of Loris passed away on Thursday, May 15, at McLeod Loris hospital. She was 91.

     Born in Loris, on April 19, 1934, she was the only child of the late Rev. and Mrs. G. Clyde Prince.

     She is survived by her son, Timothy Linford Cox; a granddaughter, great-granddaughter, and many beloved cousins and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 62 years, John Linford Cox; and a son, Lyndon Clyde Cox.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Monday, May 19, at Loris First Baptist Church with Pastor Shane Phillips and Ronald Fowler officiating, committal services following at Twin City Memorial Gardens.
