Debora Faye Milligan: Tabor City

1954 – 2026

     Debora Faye Milligan of Tabor City passed away on Thursday, March 5, in McLeod Loris hospital. She was 71.

     Born June 20, 1954 in Charlotte, she was the daughter of the late Eldred Frinly Milligan and Mona Faye Soles Milligan.

     She is survived by two sisters, Jo Ann Neese of Tabor City and Catherine Bogart of Myrtle Beach; an aunt, LuRay Thompson; nephews Bradley Bogart, Chris Todd and Jerry Todd; and nieces, Sarah Hewett and Shannon Rowan.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Blaine Milligan and niece, Sierra Neese.

     A memorial graveside service was planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, in Porter Cemetery.
