Debbie Lunaye Mincey: Loris

1963 – 2026

     Debbie Lunaye Mincey of Loris, wife of Tony R. Mincey, passed away on Thursday, March 5. She was 62.

     Mrs. Mincey was born in Greenville, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Luther Harvey “L.H.” and Esther Stevens Fowler.

     In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Donnie Stevens, and other extended family.

     Surviving in addition to her husband of 40 years are one daughter, Megan Mincey of Loris; a brother, Gregg Fowler of Loris; and other extended family and friends.

     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 9, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Clifford Strickland and Rev. David Watts officiating. Burial followed in Princeville Cemetery.
