Jerry Lee Wyman: Tabor City

1962 – 2017

     Jerry Lee Wyman of Tabor City passed away on Tuesday, July 18, in Fayetteville. He was 54.

     He is survived by his son, Jerry Lee Wyman Jr., of Tabor City; his mother, Lou Alice Simmons of Tabor City; step-mother Ruby Hickman of Irvington, New Jersey; sisters Dr. Priscilla Huggins of Hope Mills, Wanda Purcell of Wendell, Patricia Vereen of Tabor City and Erica Ausborn of Knightdale; brothers Ronnie Hickman of South Orange, New Jersey, James A. Simmons of Hope Mills, and William Simmons of Loris.

     Funeral services were held 1 p.m. Monday, July 24, at Cedar Branch Missionary Baptist Church in the Cedar Branch community near Loris. Burial followed in the Cedar Branch Cemetery.
