Daisy Lou Long Hearl: Conway

1943 – 2026

     Daisy Lou Long Hearl of Conway passed away on Monday, March 2, at McLeod Seacoast hospital. She was 82.

     Born Aug. 5, 1943, in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Elbert David Long and the late Elizabeth Skipper Long.

     Survivors include her daughters, Linda Grace Canada, Jean Wood Lowrimore, and Shonda Ann Bourne; a brother, Lloyd Long; sisters Mildred Sessions, Pamela Holden, Frances Prince, and Lisa Guyton; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hearl was predeceased by her husband, Samuel Elwood Hearl; a brother, Ronnie Long; sisters Bonnie Jean Todd, Doris Peavey, and Brenda Brown; one grandson; and one great-grandson.

     Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 5, at Conway Church of God with Pastor Brett Davis officiating. Committal services followed at Westside Memorial Gardens in Conway.
