Ronald John Rachael: Loris

1944 – 2026

     Ronald John Rachael of Loris passed away on Tuesday, March 3, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 81.

     Born Aug. 3, 1944, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Rachael and the late Mary Everhart Rachael.

     Mr. Rachael served his country with courage, honor, and distinction in the United States Navy and was a member of Loris First Presbyterian Church.

     Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Cheryl Rachael; a son, Brian Scott Rachael; daughters Avril Givens and Angela Beth Rachael; a brother, James Rachael; one sister, Patricia Buchanan; seven grandchildren; and a great grandson.

     Memorial services will be private. Family requests that memorials be made to Loris First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 425, Loris, SC 29569.
